Thomas Thomsen is Owner and Partner at Beierholm (HLB Denmark). Having joined the firm in 1998, Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in audit, accounting and business advisory, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. Thomas is a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, helping shape our network’s strategic direction and development.

Tom Barry is Managing Partner of GHJ (HLB USA), where he is responsible for driving the firm’s vision, strategy and growth. Tom brings more than 30 years of experience across audit, accounting, tax and advisory services, combining his technical expertise with an entrepreneurial approach to leadership. Michael Bohling is Chief Executive Officer at HLB Gross Collins in Atlanta, USA. A Certified Public Accountant and Global Chartered Management Accountant, he brings extensive experience across both public accounting and private industry to his leadership of the firm. Michael is a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, where he contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network.

Caroline Monk is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance team at Menzies (HLB UK), based in Manchester. A Chartered Accountant, she works across audit, accounting and business advisory, with particular expertise in supporting owner-managed businesses and international clients. Caroline is a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, where she contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network.

Pablo Maldonado is Managing Partner of HLB Puebla and leads its Audit and Risk Management practice. With more than 25 years of experience, he specialises in national and international audits, risk management, and the development and integration of internal controls and accounting processes. Pablo is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of HLB Mexico. He is also a member of the HLB International Executive Committee.

Dr. Julia Schneider is Managing Partner at DDP GRUPPE (HLB Deutschland). A qualified auditor and tax advisor, she has extensive expertise across audit, taxation and specialist advisory services. Julia is a member of both the HLB International Executive Committee and Council, where she contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network. She also serves on the HLB Deutschland governing body.

Jérôme Bernard is a Chartered Accountant and Co-Managing Partner of Groupe Cofimé (HLB France). With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and advisory, he joined Groupe Cofimé in 2010 and plays a key role in the firm’s international development and digital transformation. As a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, Jérôme contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network.

Patrick Van Impe is Managing Partner of HLB Belgium, based across the firm’s Brussels and Antwerp offices. Patrick has served as a member of the HLB International Executive Committee since 2016, where he contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network. He is also a member of HLB International’s Nomination Committee and has represented Belgium on the HLB International Council since 2009.

Mark Muller is a Partner in the Assurance & Advisory division at HLB Mann Judd in Sydney, Australia, with more than three decades of experience in audit and corporate advisory. Alongside his role at HLB Mann Judd, Mark serves as Chair of the HLB Australasian Association and is a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, where he contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network.
