About Caroline Monk

Caroline Monk is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance team at Menzies (HLB UK), based in Manchester. A Chartered Accountant, she works across audit, accounting and business advisory, with particular expertise in supporting owner-managed businesses and international clients.

Caroline advises businesses on strategy, structuring, governance and best practice, taking a practical and straightforward approach to helping clients navigate challenges, make informed decisions and achieve their growth ambitions. Her international work includes close collaboration with colleagues across the HLB global network.

Before joining Menzies, Caroline was Executive Partner at another HLB firm in Beever and Struthers, having progressed through the firm following her earlier career with an international audit firm. She played a key leadership role in Beever and Struthers’ merger with Menzies in 2025.

Caroline is a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, where she contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Outside of her professional roles, Caroline serves on the Board of Manchester Camerata.
