Most Loved Workplace Certified 2023

We are officially certified as a Most Loved Workplace®, according to the research, assessment, and criteria standards of the Most Loved Workplace organisation.

Most Loved Workplaces® certifies companies where employees are the happiest and most satisfied at work. The HLB network became certified as a Most Loved Workplace based on its scores on the Love of Workplace Index™ which surveyed employees on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment including the level of respect, collaboration, support, and sense of belonging they feel inside the organisation. We are proud of this achievement. Together we make it happen.

HLB is a global network of independent advisory and accounting firms. Through the power of 38,732 professionals across 157 countries, we combine local expertise and global capabilities to service clients.
We are committed to supporting and empowering all our people in achieving their full potential. At HLB, we know how important it is that our people can be their true, authentic selves at work, and we are united against any form of social injustice.

Empowering our network through learning

Explore how we empower our members through a culture of learning:

Our internal talent marketplace

The HLB Skills Hub offers our network a way to futureproof their organisations by enabling their people to thrive and progress. Our Skills hub is hosted by Degreed, a learning experience platform our network can use to discover learning content, build skills, and successfully take on new career challenges.

Furthermore, the platform allows HR/Talent professionals throughout the network to post permanent full-time roles as well as international exchange possibilities and secondments. Learners have access to the best articles, books, videos, courses, and people based on their interests and learning habits.

“Establishing a culture of learning through a comprehensive set of training opportunities, supported by HR technological solutions, is imperative to future-proof an organisation and retain its talent. However, to embed this culture effectively, it must be carefully aligned with the business strategy and corporate values.”
