About Jérôme Bernard

Jérôme Bernard is a Chartered Accountant and Co-Managing Partner of Groupe Cofimé (HLB France). With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and advisory, he joined Groupe Cofimé in 2010 and plays a key role in the firm’s international development and digital transformation.

Jérôme advises business leaders on strategy, taxation, accounting and financial management, supporting them throughout the different stages of their organisation’s development. He has particular expertise in international expansion, including advising overseas businesses establishing operations in France, and works across sectors including technology, e-commerce, real estate, construction and logistics.

As a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, Jérôme contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network. His international outlook enables him to advise businesses with an understanding of the cultural, legal and organisational considerations involved in operating across borders.

Jérôme is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law.
