About Tom Barry

Tom Barry is Managing Partner of GHJ (HLB USA), where he is responsible for driving the firm’s vision, strategy and growth. Having joined GHJ in 1997, Tom brings more than 30 years of experience across audit, accounting, tax and advisory services, combining his technical expertise with an entrepreneurial approach to leadership.

Alongside leading the firm, Tom continues to advise clients, with particular expertise in the manufacturing & distribution sector. Under his leadership, GHJ has expanded into new markets and strengthened its international reach.

Tom is Chairman of HLB North America and a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, where he contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network. He also serves on the Accounting Advisory Board at Loyola Marymount University and the Villanova Career Advisory Council.

A Certified Public Accountant, Tom holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Accounting from Villanova University. His professional recognition includes being named among Forbes’ Top 200 CPAs in America and a Forbes Best-in-State CPA.
