About Thomas Thomsen

Thomas Thomsen is Owner and Partner at Beierholm (HLB Denmark), based in Copenhagen. Having joined the firm in 1998, Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in audit, accounting and business advisory, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises.

Thomas advises businesses across a broad range of financial and strategic matters, combining his audit and accounting expertise with specialist advice on succession planning, restructuring, turnaround situations and due diligence. He also has extensive knowledge of tax, VAT and duties, advising both businesses and private clients.

As a member of the HLB International Executive Committee, Thomas contributes to the strategic direction and development of the global network, bringing extensive experience of the SME market and the challenges facing privately owned businesses.

Thomas is a State Authorised Public Accountant and holds an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School, where he also completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
