HLB International wins award for Best Global China Service
22 January 2016
LONDON – HLB International has won a prestigious national award, with the network presented with the Acquisition International 2015 Finance Award for Best Global China Service.
The Acquisition International Finance Awards are the only awards that celebrate achievement, innovation and brilliance from an international perspective.
The awards are given solely on merit and are awarded to commend those most deserving for their ingenuity and hard work over the last 12 months, distinguishing them from their competitors and proving them worthy of recognition.
HLB International was one of the first international accounting networks to enter the Greater China market in the mid-eighties. Since then, the network’s Global China Service has gone from strength to strength.
Consistently ranked amongst the Top 10 international networks of accounting firms and business advisers in Greater China, HLB became the first mid-market network to launch a Global China Service in 2010, with a strong focus on Chinese outbound business activities. The Service has continued to grow, and China Desks have been established in 30 markets worldwide, covering the most popular trade, investment and fundraising destinations for Chinese companies.
Coco K. Liu, Chief Regional Officer for Asia Pacific who also heads the Global China Service, said: “This award acknowledges all of the exceptional work being done by our member firms in Greater China and overseas who understand their clients, the culture and the international framework they operate in. Well positioned in the market, HLB’s Global China Service provides value-for-money, one-stop-shop services on a global scale, to not only enable Chinese companies to develop internationally, but also facilitate their long-term growth in new markets.”
HLB International CEO, Rob Tautges, commented: “We are thrilled to have been recognised for our work with our Global China Service. It’s a real achievement. It not only demonstrates the synergies amongst HLB member firms to work as a team, but of HLB International’s focus of supporting member firm clients and prospects as they grow their businesses through our well established international network.”
In response to its continued success, HLB International has launched its new Global China Service brochure. Revised to include the expanded locations of HLB International’s China Desks, as well as the full range of services provided by member firms, the new brochure continues to establish HLB International’s strengths in Greater China and capabilities in facilitating Chinese outbound needs worldwide.
HLB International is a global network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers. Formed in 1969, we service clients through our member firms in 158 countries, with 29,363 partners and staff in 795 offices worldwide.
