HLB International appoints three new members in Italy

LONDON – HLB International, one of the leading global accountancy networks with presence in 140 countries, continues its growth with the recent signings of three new member firms in Italy.
Studio Toscano joins the network in Parma, a city in the northern Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. Established in 1981, the firm specialises in supplying Italian businesses with assistance when they face the diverse problems related to international trade in goods and services. The firm specialises in customs matters, VAT in international trade of goods and services and Intra-EU exchanges and intrastate reporting amongst others.
LST Associati is a network of professionals from the firms Soprano Tuccillo Associati and Limatola Avvocati where certified public accountants, auditors, lawyers and tax consultants operate.
LST Associati has offices in Naples, Rome, Milan and Modena and provides fiscal and legal advice across various areas. LST Associati is structured to deliver a global and integrated legal support to clients operating not only in Italy but also in all major commercial and financial markets. LST Associati assist Italian corporations in establishing their presence internationally, and in particular, in the USA as well as foreign corporations in developing their business in Italy.
Established in 2000, Studio Impressa joins the network in Verona. A professional association of chartered accountants, lawyers and labour consultants the firm has expertise in business planning, VAT and real estate.
The new firms are excellent additions to HLB’s already well-established network in Italy.
