HLB reports 12% global growth, reaching US$6.67 billion in FY2025
LONDON – Global advisory and accounting network HLB has reported 12% global growth for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, with combined network revenue reaching US$6.67 billion, up from US$5.96 billion in 2024.
The network maintains its position as a leading mid-tier network, driven by continued investment in advisory capabilities, cross-border collaboration and a strong focus on delivering value to clients in an increasingly complex business environment.
Advisory services account for the largest share of global combined revenue at 29%, followed by Audit & Assurance (27%), Tax (24%) and Accounting (16%), with a further 4% attributed to other services. The balanced contribution across service lines highlights HLB’s ability to support clients across both compliance and increasingly complex strategic needs.

Our continued investment in these capabilities ensures that HLB firms are well positioned to help clients navigate complexity and unlock new opportunities.”
Growth in 2025 has been underpinned by continued investment in capability building, particularly in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence and client experience. As an example, more than 1,200 professionals across 53 countries participated in HLB’s AI Masterclass, a global AI learning initiative, strengthening the network’s ability to support clients navigating technology-driven change.
Alongside financial performance, HLB continues to demonstrate its commitment to making a positive and sustainable impact on the communities it serves. On the 5th of June 2025, the network marked its seventh annual HLB Communities Day, with more than 2,500 volunteers contributing over 10,000 hours to local community initiatives around the world.
