About Jared Johnson

As Principal in charge of Global Mobility Services at Eide Bailly (HLB USA), Jared has more than 19 years of experience as an international tax specialist who focuses on helping company clients manage the various domestic and international tax issues that come with moving employees across international borders to work.

Jared also assists individual clients with cross-border issues related to tax planning and compliance services as well as estate planning and compliance services. He is a recognised leader in this field, bringing his vast knowledge to the head of the HLB Global Mobility Services community.

Jared specialises in helping global organisations manage their global workforce by providing them with expatriate services such as global payroll, individual income tax compliance, tax equalisation, global workforce policy, and pre/post assignment planning & consultation. Before joining Eide Bailly, Jared worked for a 'Big Four' accounting firm helping large companies manage their global mobility practices for their global transferees.

He is passionate about helping clients understand and comply with the complex US reporting requirements and understand how to manage their global mobility program.
