Andreu Bové is HLB’s Global Private Client Services Leader and Partner at Bové Montero y Asociados (HLB Spain), where he plays a leading role in the firm’s international tax and cross-border advisory practice.

With over 15 years of experience advising multinational clients and international families, Andreu specialises in international tax planning, group restructurings, and the design of tax-efficient investment structures for corporations and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

His expertise spans a wide range of complex tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, wealth and succession planning, exit tax considerations and litigation and controversy cases. He is particularly skilled at structuring and implementing tailored solutions that balance tax efficiency with compliance in multiple jurisdictions for international families and their cross-border investments.

Andreu regularly advises HNWIs, their family offices and other stakeholders from the private client industry with both their international and local tax matters, providing guidance on the most suitable structure as well as representing clients in complex tax audits.
