Throughout 2024, we navigated the challenges and opportunities in an ever-evolving global business environment. I am proud to highlight how we have furthered our goals through a commitment to innovation, inclusivity, collaboration, and people-focused leadership. 

Innovation remained at the heart of our progress. We unveiled our new global strategy, Innovative People, Brighter Futures, setting a clear vision through to 2027.

By building on our shared values of trust, transparency and sustainable value, we aim to strengthen our global presence while maintaining our top 10 global ranking. Our ambitious target of reaching a combined turnover of US$7.21 billion by 2027 reflects these aspirations.

I am pleased to announce our growth of 9% over 2024, bringing our global combined revenue to $5.96 billion. Our global ranking has remained at 8th position which points to the remarkable progress we have made together. 

The strength of our global community shone brightly this year. Winning Network of the Year for the third time in five years stands testament to our progress. Our overall achievements show the importance of our shared ambition towards achieving impactful change.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on how innovation will shape our work and drive sustainable growth, guided by trust, leadership, and our purpose of making a positive impact.
